Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the one of a kind feature of our products.

Items Damaged In Transit

We only refund items that have been damaged in transit to you.

If your item has been damaged in transit, please email hello@reweavela.com with the following information within five (5) days of receiving the damaged item:

  • Order Number
  • Purchaser Name
  • Photo of damaged packaging
  • Photo of damaged item

We will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. 

We will notify you by email when we receive your returned item.  We will also inform you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit for the full purchase price of your item will be applied to your original method of payment within seven (7) days.  Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund. 

Shipping costs on purchases are not refundable. 

Lost or Stolen Items

ReWeave L.A. does not accept liability for lost or stolen items when items are shipped to you or returned by you.
